📋 Description

  • Enable client stakeholders on Forter’s portal and run training near go-live.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate Forter’s value.
  • Foster client advocacy via reference calls and case studies.
  • Generate upsell opportunities with Sales through strong client relationships.
  • Own retention and oversee renewals for accounts in Japan.
  • Share Forter product insights with Product and leadership to guide roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of post-live, client-facing Account Management/Customer Success.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese for handling Japan-based accounts.
  • Experience leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with client executives.
  • Experience translating client objectives into strategic account plans.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, and Operations to capture product feedback.
  • Experience enabling and training clients on how to use the Forter UX.
