- Strong technical aptitude; quick to learn product behavior and APIs; explain concepts clearly
- Experience with semi-complex workflows or tech stacks; Shopify/eCommerce preferred
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools to assess customer health
- Balance empathy with sound judgment; know when to listen or drive to resolution
- Confident collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementations
