🎯 Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude; quick to learn product behavior and APIs; explain concepts clearly
  • Experience with semi-complex workflows or tech stacks; Shopify/eCommerce preferred
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools to assess customer health
  • Balance empathy with sound judgment; know when to listen or drive to resolution
  • Confident collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementations
