📋 Description

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and drive success metrics (renewals, NPS).
  • Drive strategic development of customer programs and pursue expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue conversion.
  • Initiate growth and upsell initiatives for customers.
  • Create and drive value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify account risks and mitigate strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to improve support quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with CSM leaders on business initiatives and projects.
  • Partner with marketing to identify customer advocates for feedback and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Finance to improve revenue predictability for customers.
  • Assist in hiring and training of Customer Success Managers.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or equivalent role.
  • 5+ years in Life Sciences Industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience (preferred).
  • Proven proficiency in customer retention, presentations, and leading a virtual team.
  • Ability to align internal resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships.
  • Commercial instincts with strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-group collaboration.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Extremely organized with strong time management.
