📋 Description

• Act as strategic advisor on partnership programs (affiliate, influencer, referral).
• Own post-sale relationship for a portfolio of customers.
• Translate platform features into clear business outcomes and ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally to address churn and drive retention.
• Lead business reviews showing ROI and KPI alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in CS, Sales/AM, or Partnership Marketing in SaaS.
• Familiarity with affiliate/influencer marketing or performance ads.
• Translate platform features into business strategies for non-technical users.
• Strong presentation skills; influence via data-driven storytelling.
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
