📋 Description

  • Manage and grow a large portfolio of client relationships.
  • Strengthen relationships to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Perform outbound outreach, including cold calls, to drive outcomes.
  • Design multi-channel lifecycle strategies to reach large customer segments.
  • Own end-to-end commercial process: demos, proposals, negotiations.
  • Build case studies and reports to show impact and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
  • 2+ years in account management, sales, business development or relevant experience.
  • Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders.
