π― Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years in Customer Success (SaaS preferred)
- Strong consulting and project management skills
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology and software industry
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Travel 5-15% within regional territory
