- Strong analytics: identify KPIs and decision metrics
- Familiar with analytics, marketing automation, A/B testing, personalization
- Deep understanding of client business models
- Knowledge of e-commerce and industry trends
- English required; Russian valued; French/Italian/Spanish nice
