  • Be passionate about customers' success and trusted advisor for ~40 customers
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption of the Klaviyo platform
  • Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase revenue
  • Proactively review customer performance and address issues with timely escalation
  • Work cross-functionally across Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to customers

  • 2+ years of customer success experience with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users
  • Track record managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms a plus
  • Youโ€™ve experimented with AI in work or personal projects
