- Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption of the Klaviyo platform
- Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase revenue

- Work cross-functionally across Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams
- Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to customers
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience with multiple stakeholders
- Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users
- Track record managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
- Experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms a plus
- Youโve experimented with AI in work or personal projects
