📋 Description

  • Manage a high-volume book of business with retention/renewal accountability

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in enterprise SaaS
  • Experience managing many customer relationships using standardized processes and digital engagement
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data and health indicators
  • Experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and automation or AI-assisted tools
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
