🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing many customer relationships using standardized processes and digital engagement
- Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data and health indicators
- Experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and automation or AI-assisted tools
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
