- Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to help increase revenue for your customers
- Proactively review customer performance, address issues, and ensure consistent messaging and escalation
- Work cross-functionally across Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internally facing teams to solve for customer goals and create a great customer experience
- Provide customers with strategic guidance and tactical support
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience with relationships across multiple stakeholders on an account at a time
- Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users
- Track record for creative problem solving for customers and end users
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms a plus
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast
