  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; monitor adoption and health.

  • Improve internal processes to scale the Customer Success team.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • 5+ years in Account Management, CS, PM, or client-facing roles in Life Sciences
  • Change management in GxP manufacturing/operations
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders/executives with enterprise clients
  • Cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, Eng, Marketing, PS
  • Travel up to 15%
