  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor adoption, utilization, and health.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • 5+ years in Life Sciences client-facing roles (Account Mgmt/CS/PM/Consulting)
  • Experience with change management in a GxP manufacturing and operations
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional actions (Sales, Product, Eng, Marketing, PS)
  • Passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
