📋 Description

  • Own post-sale success for Cloudflare Enterprise customers
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers
  • Lead value-added conversations; understand needs and map to solutions
  • Meet with customers regularly via in-person or video
  • Manage a large book of business with competing priorities
  • Escalate requests and advocate for customers internally

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or post-sales roles
  • Enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Networking, security, or edge computing experience
  • Strong organization, prioritization and multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and web communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s a plus
