🎯 Requirements

2+ years in customer success with multi-stakeholder relationships
Explaining how to reach goals using software with end users
Creative problem solving for customers and end users
Experience in marketing or advising on marketing strategy
Comfortable discussing renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
