π― Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with retention targets; enterprise experience
- Experience with consumption-based models, HR tech, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, VMS/MSP a plus
- Proven retention/KPIs performance; commercial orientation
- Demonstrated history of building enduring customer relationships with stakeholders
- Strong consultative skills: discovery and problem solving
- Excellent communication; lead client meetings, QBRs, and product trainings

- OTE range: $105,000β$148,750 USD
