  • Partner with customers to achieve Talent/Workforce goals; drive adoption with Hiring Managers.
  • Provide expert consultation on sourcing/management, integrations (SSO/HRIS), and configurations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with retention targets; enterprise experience
  • Experience with consumption-based models, HR tech, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, VMS/MSP a plus
  • Proven retention/KPIs performance; commercial orientation
  • Demonstrated history of building enduring customer relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong consultative skills: discovery and problem solving
  • Excellent communication; lead client meetings, QBRs, and product trainings

  • OTE range: $105,000–$148,750 USD
