  • Act as primary contact for B2B partners in UK & Europe from launch to renewal.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal.
  • Run regular partner meetings to align priorities and mitigate risk.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable on Alpaca UK/EU APIs and product suite.
  • Manage day-to-day partner queries via the service desk and cross-team coordination.
  • Write meeting minutes and executive updates; track actions to closure.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success/relationship management at fintech or B2B SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of UK products (GIA, ISA, SIPP, equities, ETFs, FX, custody).
  • Understanding of SaaS and APIs; able to read API docs and translate to partner guidance.
  • Strong people skills; build relationships across engineering, commercial, compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; write minutes, updates, exec summaries.
  • Based in the UK or EU (or able to work UK/GMTโ€“CET hours remotely).
