- Act as primary contact for B2B partners in UK & Europe from launch to renewal.
- Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal.
- Run regular partner meetings to align priorities and mitigate risk.
- Become deeply knowledgeable on Alpaca UK/EU APIs and product suite.
- Manage day-to-day partner queries via the service desk and cross-team coordination.
- Write meeting minutes and executive updates; track actions to closure.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success/relationship management at fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Working knowledge of UK products (GIA, ISA, SIPP, equities, ETFs, FX, custody).
- Understanding of SaaS and APIs; able to read API docs and translate to partner guidance.
- Strong people skills; build relationships across engineering, commercial, compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; write minutes, updates, exec summaries.
- Based in the UK or EU (or able to work UK/GMTโCET hours remotely).
