- 2+ years experience in customer success, PM or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management frameworks.
- Located within US Eastern Timezone.
- Experience building scalable customer relationships.
- Highly organized; can update docs and create processes.
- Strong written and spoken English; cross-functional teamwork.
