🎯 Requirements

3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar.
Experience with Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok ads.
Empathetic, results-driven; strong focus on customer experience.
Ability to explain complex ideas clearly; data insights and campaigns.
Excellent communication in English; build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated, collaborative; balance autonomy with teamwork.
Willing to travel; hybrid Sydney office 3 days a week.
