🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc).
- Empathetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
- Results-driven with bias for action and collaboration.
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
