  • Own customer relationships: Manage client accounts and drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in CS/AM or related role; fintech/finance wealth mgmt preferred.
  • Strong customer engagement, relationship-management, and PM skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CX tooling (Intercom, HubSpot, Asana, Customer.io or similar).
  • Blend white-glove, human-first support with scalable CS programs.
  • Strong segmentation skills by risk, health, and growth potential.
