Build relationships with customers and partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google).
Collaborate with product teams to maintain a fast feedback loop.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of paid social ads (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok); Google Ads/Programmatic a plus.
Empathetic, positive, and focused on helping customers reach goals.
Results-driven with action and collaboration; able to translate data into insights.
Strong English speaking/writing; Arabic a plus.
Able to work in a hybrid capacity from our Dubai office 3 days a week.
