📋 Description

  • Own relationship and strategy for a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Build trust with key stakeholders to understand goals
  • Identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities
  • Present Lithic’s product and advise on how to drive growth
  • Maintain active relationships, resolving issues and advocating for customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Successful track record of owning and growing accounts
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • Payments/Fintech/Finance industry experience
  • Technical aptitude a plus (familiarity with SQL, data analysis, AI tools/Claude and APIs)
