๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years of account management, customer success or technical support in enterprise software
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, application security, and related field
- Proven ability juggling multiple account management activities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and virtual presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese languages is a plus (not mandatory)
