🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/enterprise.
  • Proven track record in fast-growing environments with initiative.
  • Strong ability to build trust with executives, admins, and technical leads.
  • Map customer business processes to product capabilities.
  • Proficient with CS tools: Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PPT, ChurnZero.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills; trusted advisor.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
