  • 5+ years in customer-facing CS, account management, or strategic consulting; B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Procurement experience or familiarity with ERP/Netsuite, Coupa; HRIS/Workday; CLM; GRC; JIRA; ServiceNow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish quick rapport with customers.
  • Strong project management for a dynamic portfolio.
  • Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with emphasis on workflow efficiency; proactive team player.
