- 7+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Sales Engineer.
- BS or MS in computer science.
- Technical role experience, preferably in software.
- Experience engaging with prospects and customers.
- CRM tools familiarity (Salesforce/Clari) and data-driven metrics.
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
