  • Lead onboarding sessions with new customers; provide welcome packet and resources.
  • Set expectations for the customer journey including migration, reviews, and renewals.
  • Coordinate communications with Account Executive, Sales Engineer, and Renewal Specialist.
  • Facilitate welcome meetings with Sales and Pre-Sales Engineers; schedule regular check-ins.
  • Conduct Azul Business Reviews and track migration progress and product updates.
  • Drive renewals and expansion by aligning resources and addressing customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Sales Engineer.
  • BS or MS in computer science.
  • Technical role experience, preferably in software.
  • Experience engaging with prospects and customers.
  • CRM tools familiarity (Salesforce/Clari) and data-driven metrics.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
