- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to capture customer voice.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver technical support and optimized solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/AI/ML/API tech.
- Commercially driven; renewals, contract negotiations, growth opportunities.
- Thrive in a start-up/scale-up culture; proactive and adaptable.
- Able to navigate technical conversations and work cross-functionally.
- Organized and analytical; present data to drive decisions.
- Genuine interest in speech technology and delivering long-term customer value.
