📋 Description

  • Drive adoption and retention for SMB/mid-market customers via scaled CS.
  • Deliver repeatable, one-to-many CS motions (playbooks, lifecycle).
  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of scaled CS programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing for scalable CS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve scaled journeys and reduce friction.
  • Monitor usage and signals to identify risk and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in CS, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or related SaaS role.
  • Experience supporting SMB or mid-market customers via scaled/digital-first CS.
  • Proven ability to build, operationalize, and iterate on repeatable CS playbooks.
  • Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight) and CRM (Salesforce) for automation.
  • Experience with AI tech, especially Conversational AI; CCaaS a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate usage data into insights.
