🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in CS, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or related SaaS role.
- Experience supporting SMB or mid-market customers via scaled/digital-first CS.
- Proven ability to build, operationalize, and iterate on repeatable CS playbooks.
- Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight) and CRM (Salesforce) for automation.
- Experience with AI tech, especially Conversational AI; CCaaS a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate usage data into insights.
