📋 Description

  • Drive SMB customer value via onboarding, training, and adoption.
  • Monitor health and proactively engage to mitigate churn.
  • Identify growth via upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Meet 1:1 with customers to reduce churn as needed.
  • Educate customers through webinars, office hours, and sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Ability to quickly learn the ClassPass platform and tailor to needs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
  • SaaS experience; Salesforce and/or Gainsight preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
