🎯 Requirements

- Three years in customer success, sales, or account management.
- Ability to quickly learn the ClassPass platform and tailor to needs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
- SaaS experience; Salesforce and/or Gainsight preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
