  • Own end-to-end lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to product and research leaders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Translate user feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
  • Based in downtown SF office 4 days a week.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS (preferred).
  • Results-oriented with track record of retention and expansion.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data and product usage metrics.
  • Agile communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Process-driven, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative; cross-functional with Sales, Product, Support.
