π― Requirements
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a similar CS/Support/PS/Sales Engineer role
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Comfortable interfacing with multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients, preferably at director level
- Ability to understand high-level technical aspects and provide business solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms
