  • 15+ years in CS, Enterprise SaaS, Consulting, Platform Eng, or Tech Services.
  • \n
  • 7+ years leadership experience managing regional/global CS teams.
  • \n
  • Proven success leading large-scale CS in high-growth SaaS.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise software adoption.
  • \n
  • Exceptional executive presence; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • \n
