- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. \n
- 15+ years in CS, Enterprise SaaS, Consulting, Platform Eng, or Tech Services. \n
- 7+ years leadership experience managing regional/global CS teams. \n
- Proven success leading large-scale CS in high-growth SaaS. \n
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise software adoption. \n
- Exceptional executive presence; ability to influence senior stakeholders. \n
