  • Scale customer success operations to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Team player with strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
  • Adept at identifying issues, asking questions, and escalating problems.
  • This position has no managerial responsibilities and no direct reports.
