  • Join the Customer Success team to support onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion.
  • Assist CSMs in facilitating offline workshops, salons, events, etc.
  • Support internal escalation of technical issues when needed.
  • Help track upcoming outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare QBR materials and notes.
  • Contribute to creating customer success collateral: playbooks, guides, best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or International Business.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English; cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to handle admin tasks.
  • Interest in sales, technology, and international business; curiosity to learn.
