π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role.
- Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or regulated industries preferred.
- Some Sales experience preferred.
- Formal training or certification in CS, Account Management, or Project Management a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to support customer engagements.
