๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Be primary owner for a Japan customer book: retention, renewals, and upsell.
  • Build executive and technical relationships in Japanese and English; run reviews.
  • Drive adoption of Fivetran connectors and platform features via consultative conversations.
  • Manage contracting lifecycle: planning, strategy, negotiation with Legal and Sales Ops.
  • Provide timely forecasts for renewals and expansions; keep Salesforce/forecasts up to date.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with CSMs, Sales Engineers, Product, Marketing and Partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker with strong professional English.
  • 3+ years in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise roles.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multi stakeholder migrations and onboarding.
  • Excellent integrity and customer centricity.
  • Detail oriented with forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce preferred) and analytics familiarity.
