  • Perform deep technical investigations and solve complex customer issues.
  • Own customer cases end-to-end from triage to resolution.
  • Provide troubleshooting across channels (email, tickets, Slack, calls).
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts in a 24x7 global support environment.
  • Investigate incidents using Nexla environment, connectors, logs, and tools.
  • Drive root-cause analysis with multiple Engineering teams.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (nights/weekends)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support or related fields
  • Strong Python programming and scripting (Python or Shell)
  • Relational DB experience and SQL (Oracle/Postgres/MySQL/MS SQL Server)
  • REST APIs knowledge and authentication (OAuth2, SSO, tokens)
  • Data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, Parquet) and Unix/Linux
