  • Provide on-demand technical consultancy via Zoom and written channels for DevSecOps workflows.
  • Drive product adoption and value across APJ to support renewals and expansion.
  • Deliver guidance across SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning to unblock adoption.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to align technical recommendations to customer objectives and plans.
  • Plan and lead customer workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to drive adoption and value.
  • Maintain and grow GitLab capabilities and DevSecOps tooling knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience delivering technical consultancy via video and written channels.
  • Familiar with DevSecOps workflows across SCM, CI/CD, security, and Agile planning.
  • Hands-on background in software development or systems engineering.
  • Strong communication and collaboration to explain complex topics.
  • Ability to lead or support workshops and enablement sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple remote priorities with clear status updates.
