  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat and other channels.
  • Deliver effective solutions to technical and non-technical end users across cloud deployments.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with timely response and excellent customer care.
  • Escalate unresolved issues per internal procedures and coordinate with teams.
  • Contribute to deployment guides, knowledge base, and documentation.
  • Demonstrate case management skills to achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • 3+ years in enterprise tech support/DevOps
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Azure
  • Office 365 API, MSSQL; scripting (Python, Perl)
  • Cloud deployments, automation, SaaS, microservices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
