📋 Description

  • Manage onboarding, enablement, workshops, and ongoing issues for top customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer value and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and drive solutions.
  • Execute POCs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for revenue.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for Logz.io customers.
  • Monitor adoption and usage, addressing barriers proactively.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, TAM, or solution engineering.
  • Domain experience in SaaS, cloud, observability, and data architecture.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills: training, coaching, conflict resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • BA/BSc in software engineering, CS, or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with drive to go the extra mile.
