- Understanding backups, replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting across app, database, and infrastructure layers.
- Customer-first mindset with passion for solving problems and great support.
- Effective communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
