  • Provide hands-on support for database and cloud infra issues.
  • Work with DBs: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse; Kafka exposure.
  • Diagnose production issues impacting DB performance, backups, replication, and connectivity.
  • Guide customers in designing scalable, reliable DB architectures on DigitalOcean.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on onboarding, migrations, and complex escalations.
  • Contribute to incident response and maintain technical docs and playbooks.

  • 2โ€“5 years in technical support, DevOps, cloud engineering, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse; Kafka exposure.
  • Strong Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Understanding backups, replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong troubleshooting across app, database, and infrastructure layers.
  • Customer-first mindset with passion for solving problems and great support.
  • Effective communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
