  • Hands-on support for databases and cloud infra: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.
  • Diagnose production issues affecting performance, replication, backups, and connectivity.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to support onboarding, migrations, and escalations.
  • Analyze customer architectures to identify improvements and best practices.
  • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.

  • 2-5 years in technical support, DevOps, cloud engineering, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Clickhouse.
  • Strong Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
  • Understanding backups, replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong troubleshooting across application, database, and infra layers.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused problem solving.
