  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding and value-based engagements.
  • Perform product health checks and provide adoption guidance.

  • Provide post-sales technical support and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • 2+ years in technical software support or help desk.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 onsite) and Germany time.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint/Microsoft365 architecture is a plus.
