π― Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years in technical software support or help desk.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 onsite) and Germany time.
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Microsoft365 architecture is a plus.
