🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, VDC/BIM management, customer success, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or construction tech
- Meaningful AEC experience with field or VDC teams on delivery, coordination, or reality capture
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent technical field
- Proven track record implementing or scaling construction workflows (drone or 360 capture, BIM coordination)
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit/Navisworks, CAD workflows
- Hands-on experience with drones, 360 cameras, or laser scanners; advise on hardware options
