Own end-to-end tech impl for mid-market/enterprise, incl HRIS, SSO, LMS, API, automation
Build AI-powered workflows to automate launch tasks and docs
Partner with AMs to translate requirements into scoped implementation plans
Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding, reducing time-to-value
Diagnose and resolve integration issues with Product and Engineering
Maintain implementation playbooks and AI tooling; improve with AI

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in CS/solutions/implementation/technical CSM roles
Hands-on HRIS (Workday/ADP/Hibob), SSO (SAML 2.0), and API integrations
Proven use of AI tools to build workflows that save time
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating processes
Strong written communication to explain tech to non-technical buyers
