  • Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including GitLab docs and videos.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting GitLab use cases and guiding customers with practical advice.
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools; translate tool capabilities into outcomes.
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex topics in writing and live sessions.
  • Experience as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization in a pooled model.
  • Continuous learning mindset with training and certification to maintain competency.
