Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead customer-facing workload planning and solution scoping.
• Own sales-cycle architecture: infra, TCO, benchmarks.
• Design and demo PoCs mapped to customer needs.
• Respond to evaluations, RFPs, and security reviews with ENG/DS.
• Drive post-sales onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Own escalation for production issues across k8s, Helm and infra.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SE/Architect/CS Engineer/TAM).
• Pre-sales and post-sales experience; architecture reviews and production debugging.
• Enterprise customers in complex environments; multi-stakeholder deals and long cycles.
• Track record of deployments, adoption, expansion or renewals.
• Fast-growth/early-stage company experience is a strong plus.
• Kubernetes, Helm, Python; ML infra (model serving, LLM tuning).
