  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot integrations, SDKs, APIs, and deployments.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for rollout across teams.
  • Conduct technical demos and solution consultations aligned to goals.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering to address requests and update docs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and scalable workflows.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to support technical evaluations and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in Technical CS, Solutions Architecture, or related roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and curiosity about how systems work.
  • Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, frontend integrations, and docs.
  • Familiar with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern app architectures.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to all audiences.
  • Experience with SaaS/enterprise software is preferred.
