  • Own the end-to-end CS enablement plan and roadmap.
  • Partner with CS leaders and managers to diagnose gaps and drive adoption.
  • Design and deliver ongoing learning experiences (live sessions, workshops, modules).
  • Build and maintain core CS enablement assets: playbooks, talk tracks, guides.
  • Establish measurement loops for readiness, proficiency, adoption, impact.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Enablement, RevOps, Product, Sales, Support, CX.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Enablement or related GTM role.
  • Proven ability to run enablement programs with reinforcement and measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal, live training).
  • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt them.
