- Senior Customer Success Manager/Director or similar role
- Proven track record in customer success, with adoption and retention focus
- Ability to build executive-level relationships strategically
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
- Experience with global enterprise clients across multiple regions
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
- Experience in digital marketing or social media SaaS
