  • Own the overall relationship and retention of a portfolio of strategic customers, establishing trusted advisor relationships and ensuring clients gain maximum value from our products and services
  • Collaborate with clients to adopt Cision and Brandwatch technologies to achieve business objectives
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, developing executive sponsors within each account
  • Document client feedback and advocate for product roadmap improvements
  • Partner with clients to define strategic plans, goals and KPIs, and support achievement
  • Conduct regular account analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Senior Customer Success Manager/Director or similar role
  • Proven track record in customer success, with adoption and retention focus
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships strategically
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
  • Experience with global enterprise clients across multiple regions
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media SaaS
